Under 24 business hours typically. Urgent requests prioritized to under 4 hours. We operate on Mexico City / LATAM business hours with 8+ hour overlap with US East and West Coast.

What information do you need for a first conversation?

Name, corporate email, company, and a 2-3 line description of the role or need. We don't ask for budget or sensitive information in the first conversation.

Can I speak directly with Pamela or Agustín?

Yes, for strategic conversations (executive search, org design, multi-role builds). For operational topics we route you to the senior consultant covering that vertical.

Do you work with companies outside Mexico?

Yes. NearTalent is US and Canada facing. We operate with schedule overlap of 9am-6pm Mexico City (aligned with US Central), and cover placements across Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Brazil.

For confidential projects (M&A driven hiring, C-Level replacements, restructures) yes. For general discovery calls it's not required.
