How fast can we actually start?

Ten business days from brief to shortlist is our standard, three weeks to a signed hire. Contractor engagements can start the same week the offer is accepted.

What does the vetting cover?

Four points: technical or portfolio validation, English evaluation, STAR + competency interview, and reference checks. Every finalist gets human curation by our Chief Talent Officer.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

We replace them within the first 90 days at no additional cost.

Do we need an entity in Latin America?

No. Under EOR we are the legal employer in-country; under AOR we hold the contractor relationship and the compliance risk. CRA T4A, T4A-NR, and W-8BEN handling included.

How do you handle data protection across borders?

Contracts include LFPDPPP (Mexico), LGPD (Brazil), Ley 25.326 (Argentina) and GDPR-aligned clauses where applicable. Standard NDAs and IP assignment on every engagement.
