Before co-founding NearTalent in March 2026, Agustín spent 20+ years in strategic consulting and at top advertising holdings — Havas Group, IPG, UM/Initiative, WPP Mindshare, Ogilvy and VML — in VP Client Service, CSO, CMO and Creative VP roles across 150+ clients and 20+ industries. He has been Partner & CGO at SelectionBook since 2016, leading go-to-market for the firm's executive headhunting practice across LatAm before extending that operating model into NearTalent as a nearshoring platform for US and Canadian companies.
At NearTalent, Agustín owns product and the cross-border operating stack: EOR partner selection, payment rails, and the agentic tooling used to optimize shortlists.
